We don’t accept any returns on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer cancellations. All orders are final.

Meraki Gypsy is not responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages. Every order is packaged for safe travel.  When purchasing crystals please note that there are no returns or replacing crystals if damaged in post. Crystals are always carefully wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage whilst in transit. Once crystals leave my studio, they are not covered by me. Every crystal is carefully looked over before being sent, crystals they have a chip or a little bit of damage are noted in the description as a second and the reasoning, allowing you to be aware. I do not believe in crystals being wasted because they have a little bit of damage that is why they are discounted and noted as a second with reasoning. Please add insurance onto your package, just incase. Any damage happened to package, or crystals once posted are not my fault.​
